  • Q   Do the displayed prices include NZ GST of 15%?

  • A   Yes, all the prices on the site are GST inclusive, including shipping charges. If you require an invoice for tax purposes, please contact NDC direct.
  • Q   What are the payment methods accepted by NDC?
    A   We currently accept payments in NZ dollars (NZ$) by Stripe (Shopify Payments), and for NZ bank account holders, direct bank transfer.

  • Q   Can I cancel my order?
    A   Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order. 

  • Q   How long before I get my order?
    A   All products are hand crafted and subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if the lead time has changed, due to unforseen circumstances. In this case we will do our best to fulfill the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.

  • Q   How will my order be delivered?

  • Q   Do you make items to commission? I would like you to make specific items of furniture and have some ideas in mind.
    A   Yes, NDC can design and make items of furniture to your specifications. Call us for a chat or send a CONTACT FORM about what you have in mind.
  • Q   Do you have a returns and exchange policy?

    A   Yes. A full returns policy is available for viewing at the checkout stage of your order. In summary, there will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is a standard (not custom) item and is as new and in saleable condition. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. However normal lead times will apply if the item is not in stock. Please note that all extra shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility.

  • Q   What is the policy with regards to content accuracy on your site?
    A   We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.
